Always hold the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Scent Diffuser bottle upright after opening it- you wouldn't want to spill a drop. When the bottle is empty, unplug the diffuser from the wall and allow to cool before replacing it with our handy and ever so thrifty fragrance refill bottle.
Step One: While holiding the fragrance bottle upright, unscrew the top. Careful! And please don't remove the wick.
Step Two: Insert the bottle into the bottom of the warmer unit. Snap the bottle into place until it sits good and snug.
Step Three: Insert the scent diffuser into your wall outlet."Clean Happy Home" should be right side up. Don't turn it sideways - it could spill.
Step Four: Now just sit back and enjoy! When the scent is used up, unplug it, let it cool and replace the bottle with our fragrance refill - how easy is that?

Can I use any refill in the Scent Diffuser?
Only the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Scent Diffuser Refills should be used in our warmer units. No other manufacturers refill should be used in the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day warmer unit. To do so would void all safety testing.
How long will the scent diffuser fragrance refill bottle last?
Approximately 4 weeks.
How do I clean the warmer unit?
Oils may collect on the warmer unit over time. To clean it, remove the warmer unit from the outlet and wipe it carefully with a dry cloth. Don’t forget to wash your hands afterwards!
Can I use the scent diffuser in a horizontal outlet?
No we do not advise using the scent diffuser in a horizontal outlet, there could be leakage of the fragrance oil on to surrounding areas.
Can I use the oil for other things?
Under no circumstances should they use the oil for anything other than it’s intended usage.
Will the use of the scent diffuser hurt my pets?
No it will not.
Is the scent diffuser a fire hazard?
When used as directed the scent diffuser is not a source of fire hazard. It has been thoroughly and rigorously tested and is UL (Underwritiers Laboratories) certified.
